Error downloading a file from COCO website

Good afternoon! Jasper, my doubt is attached. After downloading from the COCO website I noticed that the flowchart is having some flaws when opening the software. the errors are underlined in red. What can I do ? the file is annexed.

The examples show which additional software components need to be installed. For example:
