Equilibrium calculation warnings

I have attached my file, it has warnings regarding equilibrium calculation can you tell me more about it and how can i remove those warnings?

These warnings indicate that the default TP flash calculations failed (at some point during the reactor evaluation). But as the reactor solved, either this led to an iteration that failed but the next iteration worked, or the backup (full Newton) TP flash worked.

Judging by the compound splitter the backup flash worked. Issue may be related to solids. I will check (but that will be after the weekend). Thank you for reporting the issue
