Crude distillation

I wish to use your DWSIM for distillation column calculation of crude. After loading the software, I click on New steady state simulation. Next on clicking on simulation and clicking on start bulk C7+petroleum characterization utility I get error Conversion from string "#0.0####" to type 'Integer' is not valid. Can you please explain??
