UO icon rotate/mirror crash

Mirroring a mixer icon horizontally, Ctrl+M, crashes COFE.

I haven't tried all other icons or vert mirror or rotations, but the ones i tried also crashed COFE

Thank you for reporting that. Fixed; the fix is available via CUP. This was surely broken as part of the new icon engine introduced in COFE 2.7.0.3.
