Compressor Unit Warnings

Please explain why a warning is issued for hydrogen entering a Compressor Unit at 313 K & 3.9 MPa and leaving at 468 K & 11.7 MPa. The conditions are within the specified temperature range.

Probably a flash iteration that is a bit off.

Do you suggest that I just [Accept Warnings] in the Unit Ops [Status] dialog and leave it at that with no further action or concern required?
