Faliure to calculate message

I'm a new user. Tried to set up simple hydrocarbon flash or load example simulations. Get the same error message

Failed to calculate enthalpy for phase Vapor: CalcSinglePhaseProp failed: Failed to set enthalpy: Undefined or unsupported property: enthalpy

It sounds like the property package you are using does not support enthalpy. Which property package are you using?

Can you attach your document? Or specify which examples are you trying and what you are doing to get this message?

You have set the temperature of the flash unit to -459.67 F = 0 K. Try a positive temperature?

I did and received same message that enthalpy calculation failed

If I set temperature to 0 C it simply solves. Send me the fsd with the changed temperature so that I can check?
