When possible for you, could you please check COFE_ObtainProperty formula, when retrieving the value from a given stream for the following condition:

=COFE_ObtainProperty("pressure";"temperature";"mass %";"mass";viscosity;"liquid";"mixture";"")

I am having some inconsistency between the value of the flowsheet with the one in the cell.
