Simulation context not release
Since version .14, after some number of COFE runs, I get an error message 'Simulation context not released. out-standing reference count: 6' After acknowledging the dialog, another one pops up saying 'Solve failed. Failed to create solution document.' I see this behavior is on 64-bit Windows 7 runni...

CUP Stopped Working
When I launch COFE/COFE64 3.2.0.14 I now get a dialog box that CUP has stopped working.
Should I unistall and re-install to get the updater working, or is there some other issue?

Re: COFE3 Problematic behavior
Thanks for the reaction package fix. Updater solved my problem. Here is another unexpected behavior: The selection tool does not grab units that have scrolled off-screen. I mouse down and drag to select multiple units. When I release the mouse units remain selected, unless drag causes the screen to ...

COFE3 Problematic behavior
I am running COFE3 64-bit on Windows 7 64-bit in a virtual machine. Yesterday I pulled up an FSD, Saved As, and made some modifications. Overnight, Windows Update ran, and restarted the OS. Upon launching COFE3 today, I find that there is no Reaction Package assigned. I can't ascribe this to COFE or...

Re: COCO 3.0 released
Thank you. New Behavior when running COFE 3.0.0.18 (x64): Save AS now throws an error stating 'Stream Names must be unique;' This is certainly fair and acceptable. I had used the same stream names in some flow sheets, referring to Info about a unit and a stream attached to a unit. I don't think you ...

Re: Elemental Carbon
thanks Jasper.
@Usseglio: In the simplest approach, I wanted to react carbon and oxygen to produce Heat plus CO2, but then link that hot exhaust gas into a downstream process, which recycles excess O2. This might be simplest down as an out-of-process (Excel) unit operation.

Elemental Carbon
I wanted to examine some approaches to carbon capture from coal and petcoke. I was planning on reacting some representative mixes, starting with pure carbon for simplicity. I wanted to just add Carbon to my property pack but it appears that elemental carbon is NOT one of the compounds in PCDManager....
